It is a strategic task for the new-era economy to promote positive interaction between high-quality development and high-level security,which is an important guarantee for vigorously promoting Chinese path to modernization.Its rich connotations lie in the top priority of positive interaction,the value stance of people orientation,the core goal of developing new quality pro-ductive forces,the basic requirement of coordinated governance,and the fundamental methodolo-gy of materialistic dialectics.Developing new quality productive forces has inherent logic consis-tency with promoting the positive interaction between high-quality development and top-level se-curity.Both of them are required by the vigorous promotion of Chinese path to modernization,with the former laying a more solid material foundation for the latter,and with the former being an important approach to breaking through the barriers to fulfill the latter.The former has posi-tive effects on the latter by means of cultivating scientific thinking,transforming the development mode,boosting scientific and technological development,improving industrial system,advancing common prosperity,and strengthening the leadership of the Party.
