New Quality Productive Forces:Logical Basic Point,Connotation and Rationale
New quality productive forces are an advanced productivity with science and technology innovation as its core,including three crucial elements of new types of workers,new types of la-bour materials and new types of labour objects.The proposal of new quality productive forces has its profound historical,theoretical and practical logic,which is not only based on the important position of scientific and technological revolution in the development history of human society and the New China,but also based on the real demand for breaking the bottleneck of economic development under the accelerated evolution of the great change that has not been seen in the past hundred years,which is beneficial to both the present and the future.Marxist political economy is the theoretical foundation of new quality productive forces.The contemporary researches on the rationale of new quality productive forces focus on three fields:interpreting the laws of dialec-tical movement and mutual change of the productive forces and relations of production from the perspective of historical materialism;systematically elaborating the dialectical relationship be-tween productive forces and science and technology based on the classical Marxist writers'expla-nation of productive forces;proving the innovative development of Marxist political economy in the important arguments of General Secretary Xi Jinping on new quality productive forces.
