Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has adhered to and improved the system of people's congresses,developed the whole-process people's democracy,ensured that the people are the masters of the country,promoted the historic achievements in the work of the National People's Congress,and further improved the system of the People's Congress.On the new jour-ney in the new era,we must follow the new experience accumulated in the institutional construc-tion of the People's Congress since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,and offer solid institu-tional guarantee for attaining the goals of the Party and nation.
