Research on the Influencing Factors of Villagers'Self-organized Supply for Rural Public Cultural Services——Case Analysis of Five Villages in DQ Town
The self-organized supply for rural public cultural services is an important way to pros-per rural public culture and realize the revitalization of rural culture.Its effective actualization is found to be influenced by the factors such as the subjects of the organization,the interaction be-tween the subjects,spatial and temporal layout,resource support,goal orientation,incentive,organizational attributes,external environment,public cultural content and efficacy.Its effect can be further activated by accurately controlling the core of the supply mode,realizing the joint support of multiple subjects,providing the due resource base,creating a good peripheral environ-ment and improving the feedback and incentive mechanism.
