The inborn ecological mission in Marxism and the urgency in developing an ecological civilization in rural areas have made the development of ecological civilization an important dimen-sion in enhancing the organizational function of the rural Party organizations in the new era.Presently,the adverse factors in bringing their organizational function into full play mainly in-clude the emptiness of the"shared purpose"for developing an ecological civilization,the weak-ened"willingness to assist"among their members,and the bluntness in the"information ex-change"within the organizations on ecological civilization.To enhance the organizational function of the rural Party organizations for developing an ecological civilization,we need to deepen the Party members'understanding of ecological civilization to forge an explicit"shared purpose"of ecological civilization.In addition,we need to boost the"willingness to assist"among them in de-veloping an ecological civilization,and make an active endeavour to explore mechanisms to facili-tate the"information exchange"on ecological civilization within the organization in order for the organizational function to play its effective role.
