The initial definition of interpreting or acting in accordance with the law refers to the activity of legislators formulating laws.Due to the general and systematic abstract nature of legal norms,their implementation needs to be concretized in context.The concretization of statutory law is the redefinition of abstract law.Due to the fact that the essence of the redefinition is a two-way thinking of"mutual annotation between the law and me",it is the interaction between people and the law.It is necessary to overcome the one-way thinking of acting in accordance with the law that exists in conventional thinking,as well as to prevent the arbitrary exercise of subjectivity.The overall method of redefining legal meaning in context is to recognize the syllogism thinking mode set by the ideal of rule of law,but it requires opening up the closed nature of statutory law and distinguishing between statutory law and law,and conditionally formulating legal values and other social norms as law.Filtered through legal source thinking or with the help of legal think-ing rules,the method of interpreting or acting in accordance with the law will finally be deter-mined.
