Turing instability and Hopf bifurcation of virus infection model under the influence of diffusion and delay
Considering the factors of reaction diffusion and time delay,Turing instability and Hopf bifurcation of virus infection model are studied.Firstly,for the case without time delay,the Turing instability condition is obtained for the diffusion virus infection model.Secondly,the time delay is chosen as the bifurcation parameter and the criterion of Hopf bifurcation is given,and the analytical expression of the bifurcation threshold is obtained.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical results is verified by numerical simulation.
