不同直径玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料性能影响

为研究玄武岩纤维直径参数对AC-13C型沥青混合料性能的影响,对7,13,25 μm三种不同直径纤维改性后的沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能和抗裂性能进行检测和对比分析,并结合滑移理论分析玄武岩纤维的直径对混合料中增强作用的影响.结果表明,不同直径的玄武岩纤维在不同程度上增强了沥青混合料的高温、低温、抗裂性能,在相同玄武岩纤维掺量下,纤维的直径越小,其对沥青混合料的增强效果越明显,这是由于纤维直径越小时滑移率越小,混合料性能增强效果越好.
Effect of basalt fiber with different diameter on asphalt mixture performance
In order to study the influence of basalt fiber diameter parameters on the performance of AC-13C asphalt mixture,the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and cracking performance of asphalt mixture modified with three different diameter fibers of 7,13,25 µm are tested and compared,and the influence of diameter on the reinforcement effect of fiber in the mixture is analyzed by slip theory.The results show that basalt fiber with different diameters can enhance the high temperature,low temperature and crack resistance of asphalt mixture to var-ying degrees.Under the same content of basalt fiber,the smaller the diameter of the fiber,the more obvious the enhancement effect on asphalt mixture.This is due to the fact that when the fiber diameter is smaller,the slip ratio is smaller and the performance enhancement of the mixture is bet-ter.
