摘要

针对钢结构箱式房屋模块间节点连接性能较弱、安装效率较低等问题,提出一种新型的螺栓套环节点用于模块间的连接.通过 ABAQUS有限元软件对建立的螺栓套环节点模型进行抗弯性能分析,探讨受弯方向、螺栓直径及下角件是否开设侧面操作孔等因素对节点抗弯性能、极限承载力以及破坏模式的影响.结果表明:螺栓套环节点具有优异的抗弯承载力与抗弯性能,与现有的角件旋转式节点相比,直径为 58mm的螺栓套环节点的极限承载力和初始转动刚度分别提高了 52.2%和 37.3%;弯矩方向和下角件是否开设侧面操作孔对螺栓套环节点的抗弯承载力影响较小;螺栓直径是影响螺栓套环节点抗弯性能的关键因素,直径越大,节点极限承载力和初始转动刚度越大,但随着螺栓直径的增大,其对节点抗弯性能的影响程度减弱,故不能仅靠增大螺栓直径改善节点抗弯性能.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of weak connection performance and low installation efficiency between modules in steel structure box houses,a new type of inter-module connection joint of steel box house-bolt sleeve ring joint is proposed.ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the bending performance of the bolt sleeve ring joint,and to explore the influence of factors such as bending direction,bolt diameter,and whether the lower corner has side operation holes on the ben-ding performance,ultimate bearing capacity,and failure mode of the joint.The results show that the bolt sleeve ring joints have excellent bending load capacity and flexural performance.Compared with the existing rotary joints,the ultimate bearing capacity and initial rotational stiffness of the bolt sleeve ring joints with a diameter of 58 mm are increased by 52.2%and 37.3%,respectively.The bending moment direction and whether the side operation hole is opened in the lower corner have little influence on the bending capacity capacity of the bolt-sleeve-ring joints.Bolt diameter is the key factor affecting the flexural performance of the bolt sleeve ring joints,the larger the bolt diameter,the greater the ultimate load capacity and initial rotational stiffness of the joint.Howev-er,with the increase of the bolt diameter,the extent of the influence of the bolt on the flexural performance of the joint decreases,and the flexural performance of the joint cannot be improved by increasing the bolt diameter alone.
