Consistency and ranking methods of priority relations in hesitant fuzzy languages under numerical scaling
Consistency research has a crucial impact on the rationality of preference information and the reliability of the final decision-making outcomes. In this paper, the consistency and satisfactory consistency of hesitant fuzzy linguistic precedence relations under numerical scale are defined, and a 0-1 mixed programming model is constructed to determine the consistency and satisfactory consis-tency of hesitant fuzzy linguistic preference relations under numerical scale. This model takes into account all the preference information within hesitant fuzzy linguistic preference relations, derives all linguistic preference relations and their ranking vectors that satisfy the consistency or satisfacto-ry consistency on the numerical scale, and obtains the final ranking result by weighted average. The comparative analysis shows that the proposed concept and method are applicable not only to the uni-form symmetric linguistic scales, but also to other linguistic scales such as non-uniform symmetric ones, making them more practical and reasonable.
