本文对比了硬质合金分析检测标准近十年的变化,考察了硬质合金分析检测新仪器、新技术的使用情况.从硬质合金及粉末中碳含量、微量杂质、常量组分、微观组织结构、物理机械性能的测试等5个方面对分析检测的新技术、新设备以及应用情况进行了综合评述,可以看出成分分析的仪器分析取代传统的化学分析是发展趋势,微观组织结构的分析趋向成分、结构、形貌的三位一体,物理机械性能的检测还需要与成分分析、微观组织结构结合起来,运用数学模型和计算机模拟技术开展硬质合金产品的使用效能的分析是硬质合金分析检测将来的发展方向.
Development of Analysis and Testing Technologies for Cemented Carbide
The applications of new instrument and technologies for the analysis of cemented carbide were investigated by comparing the change of the analytical method standards within latest ten years.The new instrument and technologies for the analysis of cemented carbide and powder were reviewed from five aspects:carbon content determination,trace impurity content determination,major element content determination,microstructure observation as well as physical and mechanical properties testing.It is obvious that the instrumental analysis methods will replace the conventional chemical analysis methods in the future.The analysis of chemical compositio and microstructure will be combined with sudace morphology analysis in one set.The analysis of physical and mechanical properties will be combined with component and microstructure analysis.The development of cemented carbide analysis and testing will focus on the analysis of service efficiency of cemented carbide through mathematical model and computer simulation technique.
