Porcine Alveolar Macrophages expressing CD163(CD163+ PAMs)are essential immune cells with significant relevance to the study of respiratory infections and inflammation.This article aims to provide a feasible method for the isolation and cultivation of primary CD163+ PAMs from porcine lung tissues using magnetic beads,catering to the needs of related research.This method not only contributes to the investigation of respiratory system diseases but also has applications in vaccine development and drug screening.
