该研究为揭示玉米秸秆发酵辅料对猪尸体生物发酵池中微生物多样性的变化.实验建立生物发酵池,并从中采样5次,每次采样4个位置共20组.采用16S rDNA测序技术对稳定运行的发酵池内微生物多样性和结构组成进行研究,建立进化树和多样性分析讨论.不同的优势菌群影响着发酵的进程,厚壁菌门(芽孢八叠球菌属、微小杆菌属)、变形菌门(拟产碱菌属)细菌为3种发酵优势菌群.
In order to reveal the change of microbial diversity in the swine carcass bio-fermentation tank caused by corn stalk fermentation excipients.The bio-fermentation tank was established according to the experimental method.Five samples were collected from the fermentation tank,and a total of 20 groups were sampled at four locations each time.The 16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to study the microbial diversity and structure in the stable fermentation pool,and the phylogenetic tree and diversity analysis were established.These different dominant microorganisms affected the fermentation process.Firmicutes(Sporosarcina,Exiguobacterium)and Proteobacteria(Paenalcaligenes)were three fermentation dominant bacterium.
