6种禾本科牧草及秸秆的营养品质评价

该试验旨在对6种常规粗饲料的营养品质进行评价,并使用粗饲料分级指数GI(2009)和饲料相对价值(RFV)值进行比较.该试验选取6种禾本科牧草及秸秆(上海燕麦、沈阳羊草、重庆稻草、新疆玉米秸秆、沈阳玉米秸秆、甘肃麦秸)样本,通过测定粗蛋白(CP)、粗纤维、粗脂肪等传统的营养成分,并通过对2种评估方法中的各项指标进行测定,得到粗饲料的分级指数和RFV.研究发现,各粗饲料的品质根据每个传统营养成分排序,都不一致;按照粗料分级指数(2009)、RFV评价的几种粗饲料质量排序,依次为沈阳羊草＞新疆玉米秸秆＞重庆稻草＞甘肃麦秸＞沈阳玉米秸秆＞上海燕麦;粗饲料分级指数(2009)和RFV评价的结果相符;沈阳羊草质量在3个禾本科牧草样本中品质最好;3种秸秆样本中新疆玉米秸秆品质最好.
The purpose of this paper was to assess the nutritional value of 6 kinds of roughage forage,and compared the grading index(GI 2009)and the relative feed value(RFV).Six roughage forage and straw samples(oats in shanghai,leymus chinensis in shenyang,haulm in chongqing,corn straw in xinjiang,corn straw in shenyang,wheat straw in gansu)were selected in this experiment.By measuring crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber and other nutrients,estimated the grading index and the relative feed value.The results indicated that,according to the GI 2009 and the RFV,the roughage forage quality from high to low in turn was leymus chinensis in shenyang＞corn straw in xinjiang＞haulm in chongqing＞wheat straw in gansu＞corn straw in shenyang＞oats in shanghai.The result of GI 2009 and RFV was the same,the highest nutritional value in 3 kinds of forage was the leymus chinensis in shenyang,the highest nutritional v alue in 3 kinds of straw was the corn straw in xinjiang.
