The experiment was designed to study the effects of compound additives on the quality of sweet corn straw silage.A randomized design was adopted, and four treatment groups were divided into control group(blank),complex bacterial enzyme group,2%molasses and complex bacterial enzyme group, and 4%molasses and complex bacterial enzyme group, with 3 replicates per group.Microbial quantity, nutrient composition and fermentation quality of sweet corn straw silage were measured on the 90th day of silage. The results show:the compound additives(molasses and complex bacterial enzyme combination)improved the fermentation quality and nutrient composition of fresh corn straw silage to varying degrees, effectively increased the contents of crude protein and crude fat(P<0.05),decreased the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the pH value(P<0.05).The number of lactic acid bacteria was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of lactic acid and acetic acid were significantly increased(P<0.05).
