猪瘟与猪小袋纤毛虫病混合感染诊断与防治

该文就一猪瘟病毒与猪结肠小袋纤毛虫混合感染病例,结合病原体属性、流行病学、病猪表现的临床症状、解剖所见的病理变化、显微镜观察及现代分子生物学方法(PCR技术)对该病进行诊断.在确诊病原体的基础上,并根据发病猪场的实际情况,先选择对健康猪群进行紧急接种猪瘟疫苗,监测抗体水平,以及对耐过病猪采用甲硝唑+驱虫净2种药物对病猪进行治疗.1周后,猪场病情基本得到控制,并取得良好防治效果.该文对该病的诊断方法、治疗体会进行阐述,以期为人们今后对猪瘟病与猪结肠小袋纤毛虫病混合感染的诊断、防治提供有用的信息和技术参考.
In this paper,a case of co-infection of swine fever virus and ciliates colon was diagnosed by combining pathogen attributes,epidemiology,clinical symptoms of the infected pig,pathological changes seen in anatomy,microscopic observation and modern molecular biological methods(PCR).On the basis of the confirmed pathogen and the actual situation of the affected pig farm,the first choice of healthy pig groups for emergency vaccination of swine fever vaccine,monitoring of antibody levels,and the use of two drugs such as metronidazole+diazine for the treatment of sick pigs.After 1 week,the disease was basically under control in the pig farm,and good prevention and control effect was achieved.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of the disease were described,in order to provide useful information and technical reference for the diagnosis and control of the combined infection of swine fever and porcine balacolithiasis.
