研究生培养方案既是质量保证体系,也是培养研究生的基本教学文件.研究生人才培养对于生命科学领域的发展具有重要意义,它既是高校研究生培养质量的必要前提,也是研究生教育改革创新的必然要求.该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学生命科学技术学院生物学一级学科研究生培养方案建设现状为例,对当前研究生培养方案所存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了针对性的解决对策.
The postgraduate training program serves as a quality assurance system and a fundamental instructional document in the education of postgraduates.The development of postgraduate talent is vital to the advancement of life sciences.It is a prerequisite for the excellence of postgraduate training in higher education institutions and an indispensable requirement for reform and innovation in postgraduate education.This paper thoroughly analyzes the issues in the current postgraduate training program for biology,a first-level discipline in the College of Life Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.Finally,targeted solutions are proposed to address these issues.
