Migrant workers are the key talents relied on for rural revitalization,and their return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship has a certain impact on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the transformation of economic development mode in Gansu Province.At present,migrant workers in Gansu Province have achieved certain results in returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,but there are still problems such as incomplete formulation of entrepreneurial policies,insufficient supply of entrepreneurial funds,unclear role of entrepreneurial training,and insufficient level of entrepreneurial ability.By conducting research and comparing the experiences and inspirations of migrant workers returning to their hometowns and starting businesses in developed regions,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:to increase policy support and optimize the entrepreneurial environment;give full play to the role of industry associations as a link and activate the use of work efficiency by enterprises;highlight the cultivation of subject status and strengthen the widespread participation of society;clarify one's own development path and enhance entrepreneurial capabilities,etc.
