目的:比较分析不同超排方案对科尔沁肉牛超数排卵效果的影响。方法:选择内蒙古自治区80头科尔沁肉牛作为研究对象，随机分为8组，开展超排试验，比较分析不同年龄、FSH剂量、季节、胚胎采集方式对牛超数排卵效果的影响。结果:使用总剂量为800 IU的FSH进行超数排卵的科尔沁肉牛每头平均回收胚胎数显著高于总剂量为600 IU的FSH超排处理牛(13。67±2。06 VS 9。64±1。39，P＜0。05)。选择春季进行超排处理的科尔沁肉牛每头平均回收胚胎数略高于秋季超排处理的牛，但是差异不显著(11。32±2。47 VS 11。05±2。13，P＞0。05)。注射冲胚法的科尔沁肉牛每头平均回收胚胎数显著高于灌注冲胚法(11。29±2。08 VS 7。63±1。75，P＜0。05)。经产牛每头平均回收胚胎数显著高于青年牛(11。64±2。33 VS 8。17±1。54，P＜0。05)。结论:该研究采用总剂量为800 IU的FSH、经产母牛、注射冲胚法的超排方案，对科尔沁肉牛超数排卵效果最佳，这为优化本地区科尔沁肉牛的超排方案，为提高该品种牛的体外胚胎生产效率和稳定扩群繁殖育种奠定理论基础。
Study on the Effect of Different Superovulation Schemes on Superovulation in Cattle
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of different superovulation schemes on superovulation in Horqin cattle.Method The 80 Horqin cows from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects and rando mLy divided into 8 groups.Superovulation experiments were conducted to compare and analyze the effects of factors such as age,FSH dose,season,and embryo collection method on the superovulation effect of cows.Result:The results showed that the average number of retrieved embryos per head in Horqin cattle undergoing superovulation with a total dose of 800 IU FSH was significantly higher than that in cattle undergoing superovulation with a total dose of 600 IU FSH(13.67±2.06 vs 9.64±1.39,P＜0.05).The average number of retrieved embryos per head in Horqin cattle that underwent superovulation treatment in spring was slightly higher than that in autumn,but the difference was not significant(11.32±2.47 vs 11.05±2.13,P＞0.05).The average number of recovered embryos per head of Horqin cattle using injection embryo flushing method was significantly higher than that using infusion embryo flushing method(11.29±2.08 vs 7.63±1.75,P＜0.05).The average number of retrieved embryos per head of multiparous cattle was significantly higher than that of young cattle(11.64±2.33 vs 8.17±1.54,P＜0.05).Conclusion This study adopts a superovulation scheme with a total dose of 800 IU FSH,multiparous cows,and injection embryo flushing method,which has the best effect on superovulation in Horqin cattle.This lays a theoretical foundation for optimizing the superovulation scheme of Horqin cattle in the local area,improving the in vitro embryo production efficiency and stable population expansion breeding of this breed of cattle.
