Study on the Function and Optimization of Sorghum in Animal Feed
Sorghum is widely used as an important feed material in the world.It is a grain rich in energy,protein,fiber and other nutrients,so it is widely used in animal feed.In recent years,with the long-term high price of energy feed such as corn,sorghum as a sustainable and environmentally friendly feed material has attracted more and more attention in the industry.Scientific and reasonable use of sorghum resources can not only alleviate the pressure brought by the continuous rise of corn price,but also effectively improve the economic benefits of the aquaculture industry.This paper mainly summarizes the nutritional characteristics of sorghum and its application in livestock production,in order to provide theoretical reference for the rational use and further development of sorghum in the process of animal husbandry.
