黑水虻处理新鲜鸭粪工艺及虫体饲料和虫沙研究

为研究黑水虻处理鸭粪的效果,以黑水虻作为研究昆虫,新鲜鸭粪作为被处理对象,研究黑水虻处理鸭粪的几个关键工艺参数,同时对水虻幼虫、虫沙进行营养分析和评价。试验结果表明,鸭粪饲养黑水虻时最佳调制水分含量为79。16%,转化鸭粪利用率(鸭粪/鲜虫)为4。15,经济效益值得推广利用;饲养池物料温度保持在38~40℃为最佳转换状态;黑水虻预蛹期幼虫粗蛋白(CP)品质含量低于二级鱼粉(CP 53。50%)和特级豆粕(CP 44。20%);氨基酸含量丰富,氨基酸总量高于豆粕,低于鱼粉;虫沙有机质含量为70%,总养分含量为 9。5%,酸碱度、蛔虫卵死亡率、总砷、总铅均达到国家有机肥标准。
Study on the Processing Technology of Fresh Duck Manure and Insect Feed and Insect Sand by Hermetia illucens
In order to study the effect of Hermetia illucens on duck manure treatment,Hermetia illucens was used as the research insect and fresh duck manure was used as the treated object.Several key process parameters of Hermetia illucens treatment of duck manure were studied,and nutritional analysis and evaluation of Hermetia illucens larvae and insect sand were also conducted.The experimental results showed that the optimal moisture content for feeding Hermetia illucens with duck manure was 79.16%,and the utilization rate of transformed duck manure(duck manure/fresh insect)is 4.15.The economic benefits are worth promoting and utilizing;The optimal conversion state is to maintain the material temperature in the feeding pool at 38~40℃;The quality content of crude protein(CP)in the larvae was lower than that in the second grade fish meal(CP 53.50%)and the special grade soybean meal(CP 44.20%);Rich in amino acids,the total amount of amino acids is higher than that of soybean meal but lower than that of fish meal;The organic matter content of the insect sand is 70%,and the total nutrient content is 9.5%.The pH,roundworm egg mortality rate,total arsenic,and total lead all meet the national organic fertilizer standards.
