The Application of Antioxidants in Animal Production
Oxidative stress is one of the important challenges faced by modern animal husbandry.With the continuous improvement of technology and increasing demand in the world's animal husbandry,how to ensure the health and production efficiency of livestock has become one of the research hotspots.Antioxidants,as an important substance that can eliminate free radicals and delay oxidative stress,have gradually received attention in the application of animal husbandry production.This article starts with the classification of antioxidants,as well as their mechanisms of action in organisms.On this basis,this article further elaborates on the application strategies of antioxidants in feed production and their impact on animal production.Further combining the application cases of antioxidants in animal production,this article analyzes the widespread application of antioxidants in current animal production,as well as their potential development and prospects.
