不同运动方式对特克赛尔种公羊精液品质的影响

为研究运动方式对特克赛尔种公羊精液品质与性欲的影响,试验选取 40 只健康、性欲正常特克赛尔种公羊,随机分为4组,每组10只,进行10周不同方式的运动训练,试验期最后1 d间隔采精2次,测定4组种公羊的精液品质与性欲评分指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,A组、B组、C组的运动方式极显著提升种公羊的鲜精活率(P<0。01),运动方式对精液量与精子密度无显著影响,与A组、对照组相比,B组与C组极显著降低种公羊的精子畸形率(P<0。01),B组与C组的有效精子数显著升高(P<0。05);与对照组相比,A组、B组、C组显著降低种公羊的性反应时间(P<0。05),A组明显高于B组、C组(P<0。05),运动方式对种公羊射精爬跨次数与性欲评分无显著影响。由此说明,运动可显著改善特克赛尔种公羊的精液品质与性欲,驱赶跑动为种公羊最优的运动方式。
The Influence of Different Exercise Modes on Semen Quality of Texel Ram
In order to study the effect of exercise mode on semen quality and libido of Texel rams,40 healthy Texel rams with normal libido were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rams in each group.Ten weeks of exercise training in different ways was carried out.Semen was collected twice at intervals on the last day of the trial period,and the semen quality and libido scores of the four groups of rams were measured.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the exercise mode of group A,group B and group C significantly increased the fresh sperm motility rate of rams(P<0.01),and the exercise mode had no significant effect on semen volume and sperm density.Compared with group A and control group,the sperm deformity rate of rams in group B and group C was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the number of effective sperm in group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,group A,group B and group C significantly reduced the sexual response time of breeding rams(P<0.05),and group A was significantly higher than group B and group C(P<0.05);exercise mode had no significant effect on the number of ejaculation and libido scores of rams.This shows that exercise can significantly improve the semen quality and libido of Texel rams,and driving is the best way of exercise for rams.
