欧拉藏羊公羊电刺激采精试验研究

摘要
为探讨引进欧拉藏公羊用电刺激采精的效果,选用1.5岁左右的欧拉藏羊公羊17只,分为2组,分别在公羊麻醉与非麻醉状态下进行电刺激采精试验,通过对试验公羊采精时的射精电压、射精时间、采精量、精液密度、活力、精液色泽,生殖器勃起状态情况的记录和分析.结果表明,对欧拉藏羊成年公羊用电刺激采精方法可行,在公羊非麻醉状态下用电刺激采集精液品质较好,值得在生产实践中推广.
Abstract
In order to study the effect of electrical stimulation on semen collection in introduced Euler Tibetan rams,17 Euler Tibetan rams aged about 1.5 years were selected and divided into 2 groups.Under anesthesia and non-anesthesia,the ejaculation voltage,ejaculation time,ejaculation volume,semen density,vitality and semen color of the male sheep during ejaculation were measured,recording and analysis of erectile status.The results showed that the method of semen collection by electrical stimulation was feasible for adult Euler Tibetan sheep,and the quality of semen collection by electrical stimulation under non-anesthesia condition was good,which was worth popularizing in production practice.
