摘要
伪狂犬病(PR)又称奥叶兹基氏病、疯痒病,是人或动物感染伪狂犬病毒(PRV)而引起的一种急性传染病.目前,该病毒可以感染人和猪在内的各种哺乳动物,有羊、狗、兔子、啮齿动物、牛和猫,其中猪是唯一的天然宿主.主要引起妊娠母猪繁殖失败,新生仔猪神经紊乱和生长猪呼吸困难等,给全世界的养猪业造成严重的经济损失.该文主要阐述伪狂犬病毒(PRV)感染机理,及最新发现的发病机制,以期为伪狂病的防控提供重要的技术参考和产品技术研发启示.
Abstract
Pseudorabies(PR),also known as Oryezky's disease or crazy itch,is an acute infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV)in humans or animals.Currently,the virus can infect a variety of mammals,including people and pigs,including sheep,dogs,rabbits,rodents,cattle and cats,of which pigs are the only natural host.It mainly causes reproductive failure of pregnant sows,nerve disorders of newborn piglets and breathing difficulties of growing pigs,etc.,which causes serious economic losses to the pig industry all over the world.This article mainly describes the infection mechanism of pseudorabies virus(PRV)and the newly discovered pathogenesis,in order to provide important technical reference and product technology development inspiration for the prevention and control of PRV.
