Quality and Safety Management of Raw Milk and Dairy Products in China
In the context of the new era,people's material lives are becoming increasingly rich,and nutritional supplementation and food health issues have been highly valued.The demand for raw milk and dairy products has continuously increased,and the application population of raw milk and dairy products is usually infants and the elderly.Especially infants have the greatest demand for dairy products.The quality of raw milk and dairy products is closely related to the growth of the next generation,and their safety directly affects the interests of everyone,including pastoralists.However,in recent years,safety accidents in raw milk and dairy products have been frequently exposed by the media,seriously affecting the development of the dairy market.In this paper,the quality and safety management measures of raw milk and dairy products in China are discussed for reference.
