高职农牧院校提升学生操作技能的探索——以动物防疫与检疫(现代学徒制专业)为例

摘要
高职农牧院校担负培养高级技能型人才的重要使命,如何提升学生的操作技能是摆在广大教育工作者面前的一道考题,也是一道必须攻克的难题.该文结合江苏农牧科技职业学院培养高质量技能型人才的经验,从学生自主学习意识的培养、师资配备、校企合作的优化,"订单"式人才培养模式的构建3个方面进行详细介绍,希望能为其他同类院校提供参考.
Abstract
Higher vocational agriculture and animal husbandry colleges are responsible for the important mission of cultivating advanced skilled talents.How to improve students'operational skills is a question in front of the majority of educators,and it is also a difficult problem that must be overcome.Combining the experience of Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Vocational College in cultivating high-quality skilled talents,this paper introduces in detail the cultivation of students'self-learning consciousness,the allocation of teachers,the optimization of school-enterprise cooperation,and the construction of"order"type talent training mode,hoping to provide reference for other similar colleges.
