Detection and Analysis of ESBLs Genotype in Escherichia coli from Sika Deer
In order to analyze the distribution of drug resistance genes of extended spectrum beta lactamases(ESBLs)producing Escherichia coli from sika deer in Heilongjiang Province, and put forward suggestions on rational use of Antimicrobial Drugs.130 sika deer-derived Escherichia coli strains were screened from 4 farms in Heilongjiang Province, and Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method was used. The results showed that the drug resistance rate to norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin reached mohan 10%.The ESBLs gene was detected by PCR technique. The results showed that the detection rates of OXA and TEM were 13.85%(18/130)and 76.15%(99/130),respectively.CTX-M and SHV were not detected.TEM was the dominant ESBLs gene in 4 farms.
