Anti Inflammatory Effect of a Drug Carrying Water Gel on Bovine Endometrial Epithelial Cells
In order to study the anti-inflammatory effect of aqugel loaded with esculin on LPS-mediated inflammation of bovine endometrial epithelial cells(BEND),BEND cells were attacked with LPS concentration of 5μg/mL,150,300,600μg/mL were used as low,medium and high doses.The contents of interleukin-1(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in cell supernatant were detected to determine their anti-inflammatory effects.The results showed that the contents of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in cell supernatant could be significantly decreased by the hydrogel loaded with escin(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In summary,hydrogels loaded with esculin can reduce the content of inflammatory cytokines and reduce the damage of the body.
