Ultrasound-based Kidney Structural Parameters and Blood Flow in Rabbits Research on Force Parameters
To explore the ultrasound imaging characteristics and hemodynamic parameters of normal rabbit kidneys.Select and buy 30 rabbits of the same age and with a weight of about 2.5 kg.After the purchase, the rabbits were examined to ensure that the rabbits did not have any kidney diseases. In the early stage of the experiment, rabbits were adapted for 1 week, fed moderate feed every day,and their feeding and mental status were observed regularly. The results show that there is no significant difference in the measurement results of renal morphological parameters between the left and right kidneys of rabbits, and there is no significant difference in the blood flow parameters of the tertiary arteries of the left and right kidneys of healthy adult rabbits, and there is no significant difference in the blood flow parameters of the tertiary arteries of the kidneys of healthy adult rabbits between different sexes. The results indicate that the difference in T-test analysis between the left left and right kidney and males and females was not significant.
