Effect of Nitrogenous Fertilizer on Seed Yield and Yield Characteristics of Avena sativa cv.Longyan No.1
To explore the effects of different nitrogenous fertilizer treatments on the seed yield and yield characteristics of Avena sativa cv.Longyan No.1.The results showed that Longyan No.1 had the highest plant height, the highest number of grains in the main spike, the heaviest grains in the main spike, the heaviest thousand grain weight, and the highest number of whorls at a nitrogen application rate of 60 kg/hm2.Under a nitrogen application rate of 90 kg/hm2,the longest spike length and the highest number of spikelets in the main spike were observed. The highest seed yield of Longyan No.1 was 4 760.2 kg/hm2 under the N application rate of 60 kg/hm2.The quantitative relationship between seed yield and N application rate was y=-0.049 9x2+8.326 1x+4 403(R2=0.965).The direct effect of plant height and thousand grain weight on the increase of seed yield is the greatest. Therefore,in the production of oat seeds in Harbin area,a nitrogen application rate of 60 kg/hm2 results in the highest and economically effective seed yield.
