A theoretical basis for the selection of varieties and key cultivation techniques in the first division by provides with the experiment of oat resowing in the first division of Xinjiang rejiment.and summarized the key cultivation techniques of OAT in the first division.The suitable variety was lingxiu resowing oats in 4th regiment,the resowing date can not be later than the last ten days of July.The suitable oat variety for 7th Regiment is Beller 2,and the resowing date should not be later than mid-july.The sowing date can be postponed to the first ten days of August if the 7th regiment planting lingxiu.In other regimens of the First Division,The varieties and cultivation techniques of oats planted can be refered to according to the geographical and climatic conditions of the two regimens.
