The experiment aims to explore the comparative analysis of the effects of different staining agents on the morphology of pig sperm.Three staining agents(Giemsa,eosin aniline black and spermblue)were selected to stain the sperm of Landrace pig semen.The results showed that the spermblue staining agent method had the best staining effect on the head and tail of pig sperm,with clear outline and acrosome of the sperm head,and better presentation of sperm morphology than the Giemsa staining method and the eosin aniline black staining method.In summary,there is a certain relationship between the presentation effect of pig sperm morphology and the staining effect of the staining solution.Spermblue staining has the best effect on the presentation of pig sperm morphology,laying a solid foundation for inspectors to better understand sperm morphology,distinguish normal sperm from abnormal sperm,and provide theoretical reference for quality inspectors in the selection of sperm staining agents in the future.
