Research Progress on the Antiviral Effects of Medium Chain Fatty Acid Monoglyceride
At present,large-scale culture is highly susceptible to many adverse factors such as bacteria, viruses, molds, parasites, etc.Among them, intestinal damage caused by harmful bacteria(gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria,G-+G+),mixed infection and/or secondary infection caused by viruses(especially cystivirus),etc.,will cause immune suppression to the body and seriously affect production efficiency. It brings huge economic losses to the breeding industry, and is also the focus and difficulty of sustainable and healthy breeding.Medium chain fatty acid monoglyceride has antiviral,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation and growth promotion effects, and is easy to be absorbed by the body and has the characteristics of rapid metabolism, which can quickly provide energy for animal body, and has a good application prospect. In this paper, the characteristics of digestion and absorption, antiviral effect, mechanism and practical application of medium chain fatty acid monoglyceride were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the application of medium chain fatty acid monoglyceride in large-scale culture in the new era.
