摘要

远洋渔业是我国农业重要的组成部分.针对当前远洋渔业存在的供应链管理不完善、产业贸易平台发展不全面的问题,研究系统梳理了国内外供应链服务平台的研究现状.提出应构建统一高效的产业贸易平台,运用区块链、云计算、大数据分析等数字技术手段,实现供应链节点信息互联互通,构建精细化的供应链数字化管理体系,以提升远洋渔业产业治理效率,实现资源合理高效利用.进而通过开发区块链、供应链金融和期货创新交易模式,推动行业规范化发展.

Abstract

Deep-sea fishery is an important component of China's agriculture.In view of the current problems of imperfect supply chain management and incomplete development of industrial trade platform in pelagic fisheries,this study systematically combs the research status of supply chain service platform at home and abroad.It is proposed that a unified and efficient industrial trade platform should be built,and digital technology means such as blockchain,cloud computing,and big data analysis should be used to realize the information interconnection of supply chain nodes,and a refined digital supply chain management system should be built to improve the governance efficiency of the ocean fishery industry and realize the rational and efficient use of resources.Further,through the development of blockchain,supply chain finance and futures innovative trading models,to promote the standardized development of the industry.
