Peste Petit Ruminant in Xinping County,Yunnan Province,2018-2022 Antibody Monitoring and Analysis
In order to understand the immune effect of Peste petit ruminant(PPR)in Xinping County,scientific prevention and control of PPR was carried out.A total of 2 046 serum samples of immunized goats were collected from 2018 to 2022 using a multi-stage sampling method.Antibody blocking ELISA assay was used to detect and analyze PPR immune antibodies.The results showed that the average antibody positive rate of PPR was 80.89％(1 655/2 046).Among them,the immune positive rate of scale farm individuals was 84.72％(981/1 158),and that of free-range farm individuals was 75.90％(674/888).The positive rate was 84.39％(1 043/1 236)in RAMS and 75.56％(612/810)in ewes.The positive rate of"Petit ruminants live attenuated vaccine(Clone9 strain)"was 80.95％(799/987).The positive rate of the antibody of"PPR-goat pox vaccine"was 80.83％(856/1 059).The results showed that the immune positive rate of scale farm individuals was higher than that of free-range farm households,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The positive rate of antibody in RAMS was significantly higher than that in ewes(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate between single and double live vaccine of Peste Petit ruminant attenuated virus(Clone9 strains)(P＞0.05).
