Introduction and Utilization of Multi-lamb Mutton Breeds in Inner Mongolia
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is an important production base of agricultural and livestock products in China,with vast territory and abundant resources.In recent years,in order to speed up the construction of ecological civilization,the scope of the prohibition policy has gradually expanded.At the same time,in order to meet people's demand for diversification of agricultural and livestock products,improve the income of farmers and herdsmen,promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry,introduce and promote the raising of multi-lamb mutton sheep,and change from grazing to complete house feeding is an inevitable trend.This paper introduces and discusses the breed characteristics,introduction status,utilization,key technology,quality and efficiency improvement and existing problems of multi-lamb meat sheep.Also,this provides a useful reference for the future intensive and large-scale introduction and promotion of multi-lamb meat sheep in Inner Mongolia.
