摘要

近年,随着贵州省畜禽养殖场数量的不断增加,粪便污染问题日益凸显,畜禽养殖污染是养殖业发展的必然产物,随着畜禽养殖业的飞速发展,粪便污染成为农村环境治理的一大难题.畜禽粪污处理不妥当,导致污染水源、空气和土壤,传播动物疫病,导致畜产品产生毒副作用.如何处理畜禽粪便是影响贵州省养殖业健康可持续发展的重要因素.可采用全量还田模式,粪便好氧堆肥模式,粪污厌氧处理模式,蚯蚓养殖技术,栽培基质利用模式,动物蛋白转化模式等方式进行畜禽粪污处理.该文就贵州省畜禽粪便处理存在的问题及对策进行综述,为广大养殖户合理健康养殖提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,with the increasing number of livestock and poultry farms in Guizhou Province,the problem of fecal pollution has become increasingly prominent.Livestock and poultry pollution is an inevitable product of the development of livestock and poultry industry.With the rapid development of livestock and poultry industry,fecal pollution has become a major problem in rural environmental control.Improper treatment of animal manure can lead to pollution of water,air and soil,spread of animal diseases,and lead to toxic side effects of animal products.How to deal with livestock manure is an important factor affecting the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture in our province.The methods of total return to field,aerobic manure composting,anaerobic manure treatment,earthworm culture,cultivation medium utilization,animal protein transformation,etc.,can be used to treat livestock and poultry manure.In this paper,the existing problems and countermeasures of livestock and poultry manure treatment in Guizhou Province were summarized to provide reference for the majority of farmers to raise reasonable and healthy livestock.
