摘要
随着测序技术发展及测序成本的下降,认清鸡肠道微生物组学的前沿与发展趋势,探索其作用的影响机制,这对未来利用肠道微生物提高饲养效率、改善肠道健康和绿色发展具有重要意义.该文以鸡为研究主体,对其肠道结构及微生物的分布规律、影响肠道菌群的因素及其所发挥的生理功能进行综述,同时对未来发展方向及思路提出建议与展望.以期为规模化生产中设计日粮配方、改善肠道健康和提高生产性能等提供理论依据.
Abstract
With the development of sequencing technology and the decrease of sequencing cost,it is greatly significant that to recognize the frontier and development trend of chicken gut microbiome and to explore the influencing mechanism,which is of great significance to improve feeding efficiency,intestinal health and green development by using intestinal microbiome in the future.Therefore,this article focused on chickens as the research subject,studying their intestinal structure and distribution patterns of microorganisms,factors affecting intestinal microbiota and their physiological functions.At the same time,suggestions and prospects for future development directions and ideas were proposed.In order to provide theoretical basis for designing dietary formulation,improving intestinal health and improving production performance in large-scale production.
