摘要
兽医实验室作为动物疫病防控体系中的核心技术环节,在动物疫情风险评估、疫病监测诊断、预警预报等方面发挥至关重要的作用.随着规模化养殖企业的增多,养殖人员对动物疫病防控技术的需求越来越高,迫切需要全方位的疫病诊断检测服务.此外,养殖从业者的生产经营理念发生根本转变,"防重于治"的疫病防控观念已为广大养殖工作者所接受.因此,加强兽医实验室防疫能力提升建设十分必要.
Abstract
As the core technical link of animal disease prevention and control system,veterinary laboratory plays a vital role in animal epidemic risk assessment,disease monitoring and diagnosis,early warning and forecast.With the increase of large-scale breeding enterprises,breeding personnel have an increasingly high demand for animal disease prevention and control technology,and there is an urgent need for comprehensive disease diagnosis and detection services.In addition,the production and management concept of aquaculture practitioners has undergone a fundamental change,and the concept of disease prevention and control of"prevention is more important than treatment"has been accepted by the majority of aquaculture workers.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of veterinary laboratory epidemic prevention capacity.
