农作物秸秆分料装置的设计与研究

农作物秸秆因其节间粗、坚硬、不易折断,特别是硬节处,不易破碎,机械加工时需要破节、切段、揉碎,提高适口性,才能作为牛羊等反刍动物的粗饲料进行饲喂,为了提高生产效率与粗饲料质量,秸秆加工企业以及规模化牧场在加工农作物秸秆时采用了粗粉碎机与二次粉碎机配套使用,结果常造成二次粉碎机堵塞、生产不能连续的问题。该文针对上述农作物秸秆加工存在的弊端,提出解决办法,即设计一种农作物秸秆分料装置,解决了粗粉碎机与二次粉碎机物料不匹配、二次粉碎机过载易发生故障的难题。该装置可行性强,对实现农作物秸秆高效利用、提高农作物秸秆饲料化利用率具有重要的意义。
Design and Research of Crop Straw Splitting Device
Because of its thick,hard and not easy to break,especially the hard section,not easy to break,the crop straw needs to be broken,cut and crumbled during mechanical processing to improve palatability,so that it can be fed as coarse feed for ruminants such as cattle and sheep.In order to improve production efficiency and coarse feed quality,Straw processing enterprises and large-scale pastures use coarse shredders and secondary shredders together when processing crop straw,which often causes the problem of blockage of secondary shredders and non-continuous production.In view of the disadvantages of crop straw processing,this paper puts forward a solution,that is,to design a crop straw dividing device,to solve the problem of material mismatch between coarse mill and secondary mill,secondary mill overload easy failure.The device has strong feasibility and is of great significance for realizing efficient utilization of crop straw and improving the utilization rate of crop straw into feed.
