Research on the Construction of Rural Disaster Risk Prevention and Control Capacity in Hebei Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy
In order to improve the capacity of rural disaster risk prevention and control in Hebei province,based on the analysis of the dialectical relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural disaster risk prevention and control capacity construction,the problems and difficulties in rural disaster risk prevention and control in Hebei Province were analyzed,and the mode and path of rural disaster risk prevention and control capacity construction in Hebei Province was proposed.The results show that the key problems of rural disaster risk prevention and control in Hebei Province are weak infrastructure,imperfect prevention and control organization,lack of professional personnel and low awareness of prevention and control.The construction mode based on rural disaster risk identification and analysis,supported by solid infrastructure,clear organizational process,improved talent team,orderly resource guarantee,and guided by safety culture plays an important role in improving the rural disaster risk prevention and control ability of Hebei Province.
