低蛋白日粮在畜禽养殖中的应用及前景展望

为解决我国面临的环境污染和蛋白质原料匮乏这两大瓶颈难题,通过调整日粮中蛋白质及其他营养成分的配比,可以在满足畜禽生长需求的同时减少蛋白质原料的进口量及氮磷的排泄量,降低环境污染等问题。低蛋白日粮对于改善畜禽生产性能和提高饲料效率等方面具有重要意义。本文梳理总结近年国内外低蛋白日粮在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展,主要综述低蛋白日粮对不同畜禽生产性能、屠宰性能、血液生化指标、肠道健康状况以及氮磷代谢等方面的影响,探讨存在的问题与面临的挑战,并对未来发展前景进行了展望,为低蛋白日粮在畜禽生产中的应用和推广提供基本参考和理论支撑。
Application and Prospect of Low Protein Diet in Livestock and Poultry Breeding
In order to solve the two bottleneck problems of environmental pollution and lack of protein raw materials in China,by adjusting the ratio of protein and other nutrients in the diet,it can meet the growth needs of livestock and poultry while reducing the import of protein raw materials and the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus,thereby reducing environmental pollution and other problems.Low protein diet is of great significance to improve the production performance and feed efficiency of livestock and poultry.In this paper,the research progress of low protein diet in livestock and poultry breeding at home and abroad in recent years was summarized.The effects of low protein diet on production performance,slaughter performance,blood biochemical indexes,intestinal health status and nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism of different livestock and poultry were mainly reviewed.The existing problems and challenges were discussed,and the future development prospects were prospected,so as to provide basic reference and theoretical support for the application and promotion of low protein diet in livestock and poultry production.
