摘要
犬慢性肾病是由肾脏结构和功能异常导致的一种慢性进行性疾病.目前国内关于犬慢性肾病的研究相对较少,对其发病原因、诊断和治疗了解的并不够透彻,因此很多患病犬没得到有效及时的治疗而丧失生命.该文通过接诊犬慢性肾病病例,从营养管理及肾功能保护角度来减缓犬慢性肾病的进展速度和延长生存期,以期为今后对犬慢性肾病的治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Chronic nephropathy in canines is a chronic progressive disease caused by abnormal kidney structure and function.At present,there are relatively few studies on chronic kidney disease in dogs in China,and the cause,diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease in dogs are not thorough enough.Therefore,many sick dogs lose their lives without effective and timely treatment.Therefore,this paper slows down the progress and prolongs the survival of chronic nephropathy in dogs from the perspective of nutrition management and renal function protection by receiving clinical cases of chronic nephropathy in dogs,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic nephropathy in dogs in the future.
