Exploration and Practice of Team-based Veterinary Master Training Model Based on the Production Needs of Intensive Breeding Enterprises
In order to promote the reform of new agricultural education in the field of veterinary professional degree,effectively dovetail with social needs,actively serve the construction of an innovative country,further promote the reform of postgraduate training mode of veterinary professional degree,improve talent training objectives and education evaluation mechanism,deepen the integration of industry and education,and give full play to the role of industry and enterprises in postgraduate training of veterinary professional degree.The role of industry and enterprises in the cultivation of veterinary degree students was given full play.The College of Veterinary Medicine of Xinjiang Agricultural University and the animal husbandry enterprises carry out the practice of team-based veterinary master training model based on joint university-enterprise cooperation.It has been proved that this model can improve students'innovation and practice ability,and also can effectively solve the actual production capacity of enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness.
