动物科学专业《饲料学》教学模式的改革探索与思考

摘要
《饲料学》是动物科学的一门专业核心课,是研究饲料分类、营养价值及其用途前景的科学.随着学科发展以及教育理念的不断发展与更新,对《饲料学》教学模式进行改革十分必要.该文从教学设计、教学方法、课程考核等方面介绍《饲料学》教学改革的具体内容与措施,以期为该课程的教学模式改革奠定理论基础.
Abstract
"Feed Science"is a professional core course for animal science major,and its main research contents are feed classification,nutritional value and its use prospects,etc.With the continuous development and renewal of the concept of educational concepts,it is necessary to reform the teaching model of"Feed Science".The present study reviewed the specific contents and measures of the teaching reform of"Feed Science"from the aspects of teaching design,teaching methods and course assessment,and this study may lay a theoretical foundation for the reform of the teaching mode of this course.
