摘要
随着高等教育的不断发展,工程教育认证成为衡量高校教育质量的重要标准之一.畜产品工艺学实验课程作为食品专业的核心课程之一,其思政教育的重要性日益凸显.该文以工程教育认证为背景,论述畜产品工艺学实验课程思政教学的改革路径和方法,旨在培养具有社会责任感和创新能力的高素质人才.
Abstract
With the continuous development of higher education,engineering education certification has become an important criterion for measuring the quality of university education.As one of the core courses in the field of food science,the experimental course of animal product technology increasingly highlights the importance of ideological and political education.This paper,taking engineering education certification as the background,explores the reform path and methods of ideological and political education in the experimental course of animal product technology,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with social responsibility and innovative ability.
