Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Recessive Mastitis Pathogenic Bacteria in Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goat
In order to investigate the prevalence of recessive mastitis of northern Shaanxi white cashmere goat,and formulate scientific prevention and control strategies.378 milk samples were randomly collected from 30 northern Shaanxi white cashmere goat farms in 2023,and recessive mastitis was detected by California mastitis test(CMT)and somatic cell counting.The bacteria in the positive samples were isolated,identified and tested for drug sensitivity.The results showed that 54 samples were positive for recessive mastitis,and the positive rate was 14.29%(54/378).A total of 31 strains of bacteria were isolated from the 54 positive milk samples,including Staphylococcus,Escherichia coli and Streptococcus,accounting for 64.52%(20/31),22.58%(7/31)and 12.90%(4/31)respectively.The three kinds of isolated strains of bacteria were sensitive to neomycin,florfenicol,norfloxacin,ceftiofur and cefoxitin.It indicates that the incidence of recessive mastitis of northern Shaanxi white cashmere goat is high,and breeding farms(households)should prevent and control this disease by using rational drug properly.
