Bioinformatics Analysis of GHRHR Gens in Bos Taurus
The experiment used bioinformatics methods to predict and analyze the open reading frame,physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,protein secondary structure,phosphorylation sites/N-glycosylation sites and transmembrane regions of Bos taurus GHRHR gene.The results showed that the whole length of Bos taurus GHRHR gene was 441 amino acids,isoelectric point was 6.37,instability index was 47.74,it was an unstable protein,the average value of hydrophobicity was 0.375,it was a hydrophilic protein;the secondary structure was mainly irregular curl,containing 112 α helices,133 extension chains and 196 irregular curl,33 potential phosphorylation sites and 2 N-glycosylation site.
