Feasibility Analysis of the Automated Detection Method for Brucella
In order to investigate the feasibility of clinical application of Automated Rose Bengal Test Workstation, this experiment will compare the detection results of the Automated Rose Bengal Test Workstation with those of manual RBT and SAT,and analyze the application value of this automatic workstation. The results showed that, there are 36 positive samples which were detected by both automatic detection and artificial RBT in 120 bovine serum samples, and the detection results were consistent;However,31 positive samples and 7 suspected samples were detected in the SAT results, and there was no difference in the positive detection results between the two methods(P>0.05).It shows that the Automated Rose Bengal Test Workstation can replace manual detection for the initial screening of Brucella antibodies, but its positive detection rate is higher than SAT,and other methods should be used for confirmation at the same time.
